Please, remember to contact the property at least 2 days in advance before your arrival so you can communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative.
A staff member will meet you at the arranged pick-up point or the nearest Vaporetto (waterbus) station, accompany you to your apartment, and go through check-in with you.
Please note that a damage-deposit fee of EUR 300 is required on check-in and will be refunded during check-out if there is no damage to the apartment.
During check-in, every person staying in the booked apartment must show a valid form of ID.
If you plan to travel with pets please contact the property in advance to check if the chosen accommodation is suitable.
The property reserves the right to refuse entrance to any additional guests exceeding the number of guests written on the reservation.
