Centauro Hotel sijaitsee 1500-luvun rakennuksessa vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Rialton sillalta ja 450 metrin päässä Pyhän Markuksen torilta. Kaikissa sen tyylikkäissä huoneissa on satelliitti-tv ja oma kylpyhuone. Centauron huoneissa on 1700-luvun venetsialaistyylinen sisustus. Joissakin huoneissa on oma terassi, ja toisista on kanavanäköala. Kaikki huoneet ovat ilmastoituja kesällä. Buffetaamiaisella on tarjolla hedelmiä, croissanteja ja leikkeleitä.
